[2022] v21.40 Update - Now Live

Competitors, here are the changes in the v21.40 update specific to competitive playlists:

• Resolved an issue where players are sometimes taken out of Edit Mode unintentionally.
• The Versus Board has been added to competitive playlists.
• Kamehameha and Nimbus Cloud will not be added to competitive playlists.
• The Daily Bugle has changed!
