This has nothing to do with communication on mobile. This comment was made on the competitive subreddit after people were complaining about epic changing gameplay. Communication on mobile is a separate thing they are working towards.
Mobile has different issues we need to touch on. The most frustrating from my point of view is related to input and quality of updates related to it.
