[2020] Not able to return to lobby or item shop using RB or B. Only ready up (Y) works. Xbox one v12.10

Thank you for your report. This is an issue we're aware of and working to resolve.

As a workaround, you can exit the match by opening the Menu and selecting "Leave Match."
