I've recently been reset to level one even though I was shown on the global leaderboards with 330 wins. I have not broken any of the rules on your code of conduct page nor do I commit any in game bugs/glitches. I was level 150+ and tier 70 on the paid battle pass. I have tried multiple times to contact your support team via the epic games website but with no luck I have been trying anyway possible to reach out to you guys. I am a strong promoter of epic games and especially fortnite but after seeing this reset happening to others on console and now to happen to me I am losing faith. Please contact me back asap; I was so excited to prepare for next weeks great update and now I am left in the dark and cannot play on my once great account. If I do wish to play on my account I can; I will just be forced to play with no skins and no umbrellas. As stated before please contact me back asap, I know this company is always ahead of the curve with problems and bugs so I hope you will continue the trend. Case ##1636257.
UPDATE: Thank you so much to all the great people who up voted this post and helped me on my path to contacting customer support. I just finished emailing a wonderful representative and now my account is back in action! Anyone who also had this issue make an appoint to email the customer support via epicgames.com and I'm hopeful they will be able to solve this issue for you.
