[2020] Unable to Glide Correctly

While playing arena, I got pushed by two people and decided that I would try to launch pad out to get out of the engagement. When I placed it and launched myself in the air I could barely move. As that was happening I was getting shot and was completely defenseless as I couldn't even glide down either. This is a serious issue and will ruin a lot of games for people.

I was on PC while this happened. I noticed a similar bug while leaving the Grotto. I currently don't have a way to send a screenshot / video.
