[2019] Too many broken cosmetics in fortnite # part 2

Checked with QA and those should all be fixed in v10.20.

That would be great, thanks. QA is also going to look into other issues mentioned here.

There was a code change that broke an entire class of them - looking into why that was not caught before ship.
