[2021] Linking account to ps4 not working

So I'm trying to link my old pc account to my ps4, but it doesn't seem to work. The answer I'm getting is: ''This Epic account was previously linked to a different account. It can only be relinked to the old external account and not a new one.'' Could anyone help me with this?
