[2021] We have encountered a critical error with your purchase message

I bought the new crew pack and I got this message in return, the only way I could fix this bug was to buy 1000 vbucks and only get the crew pack in return. I have reinstalled the game, emailed epic 3 times, restore my licenses, and logged in on my phone. I play on PS5, does anyone have a solution?
