The sad part about discovering this is that all the guilty people who i reported for teaming, killing squad memebers etc. Have not been punished, because i have never seen this in game.

So, we definitely have some kinks to work out with the report feedback loop. It launched in v7.40 so we've been closely watching to make sure everything is working correctly, we have a few more tweaks to make until you'll probably see a more consistent message. However, we haven't loaded up ALL of the previous reports so I'd encourage everyone to make sure you're using the report tool now and we can make sure to capture that and let y'all know when we've taken action!
