[2019] Sniper Shootout

Alright, there's a couple issues I have with sniper shootout that I feel like make it a lot less fun that it could be.

- The only snipers there are bolts. Yes, bolts are the only snipers in normal playlists this season, but sniper shootout is an LTM. There's no reason they couldn't have put other snipers in there.

- There's traps. I know those have always been in sniper shootout, but it's annoying. It's a sniper-only mode, so shouldn't snipers be the only item you can pick up that does damage?

On the other hand though, there are a couple things i do like:

- I like how the material cap is reduced. I feel like maybe it could be a little tiny bit higher but i do like how people can't just turtle up

- Ammo is easy to get. Don't remember if it was always like this in sniper shootout, but I'm never running out of ammo
