[2020] “Failed to Download Client Settings” Issue

Heya folks,

Over this past weekend, we noticed an increase in login failures associated with the “Failed to Download Client Settings” issue.

If you have received this error on the login screen, you should be able to login now. However, please note that your client settings will have been reset to default. This was a necessary step for us to address the issue and get folks back in game asap.
