[2021] Settings keep resetting occasionally on Xbox One S

Every so often when I boot up Fortnite, my settings get reset to a previous state they were in from a couple months ago. I searched it up and realized PC users were having a similar issue, but I'm experiencing this on an XBOX so I can't exactly change the files within the application.

Is there any known fix for this? I already reported it on the Epic Games website.
