The option in PostParty to delete account does not relate to a PostParty account. It relates to your EPIC games account. If you use this option to delete your account, you will be deleting your full EPIC games account.

This is something that can be easily misunderstood given there is currently no way to disconnect PostParty from your EPIC account once its connected. There are no options in Fortnite, in the postparty app or in your main EPIC account settings. EPIC Support also do not know how to disconnect the account either currently.

So just be aware not to accidentally delete your EPIC games account while trying to fully disconnect your account from PostParty.

Thanks for your post and flag /u/TheRealRazoola!

Our team is investigating how we can make this clearer in the app that 'Delete Account' refers to your Epic Games account and provide a simpler option to disconnect your account from making PostParty clips.

We'll have an update coming soon with these changes.
