[2020] False bans?

I was playing all of last night and got two wins with my friend, no hack, cheats, nothing fishy. I'm not that good of player so there's no reason I should have been banned for anything along those lines. I got off last night and today when I got online, it said my account was disabled. I have never requested to disable it. Is there anything I can do besides wait on a response from the email I sent them and pray that they realize it was false? Maybe it is a season 3 bug, me and my friend have experienced many bugs yesterday. Ex: Couldn't shoot half the game, my building being on wall and placing ramps.

Obviously I can't be mad as it's a free game, but I can't even play on my pc anymore as they ban any account you play on on your machine.

Edit 1:Now that i check, my account is gone. Doesnt appear on stat checker, cant sign in on website or in app, wtf?

Edit 2:Reading up on some forum posts, apparently they rarely respond to these types of emails. Thats a real bummer this game is so much damn fun to play with my friends literally everyday.

Edit 3:Again reading up on some more forum posts, and many many people are having these issues and they wont respond.

Edit: Doesn't seem like I get unbanned. Huge bummer as I played this game for most of my time a day. I had a good squad and now I can't play with my friends or brother. Really disappointed. If I do get unbanned, I will be behind on my weekly challenges and my battle pass teirs Will be so low.
