[2020] Quick Challenge Deal Damage with Explosives 200 damage is not counting-Bug

The Quick Challenge Deal Damage with Explosives 200 damage is not counting. Is there a way to have this counted? Am I doing something wrong so that it is not being counted. I've done Solos and Team Rumble to see if it was only in one area. Any ideas?
