[2020] A bug has happend to me on ps4

I just oppened my ps4 and i was waiting on the first loading screen for hours (this problem had never been occurred again) i read a guide to how i should fix that by deleting and re downloading fortnite but i don't remember my password so im kinda scared to do it if anyone knows what i should do please help
