My accounts password has been changed (I have no idea how). So I request for a password reset, and after it says "email has been sent!" nothing is sent to my email (I've done it multiple times). I have checked everywhere, spam, etc. I've even contacted support but all it tells me that they've received my message, and no email was sent to me. This is really frustrating me because I have spent quite a bit of money on this account. I have no idea what to do now. Please help.
