[2019] Ruin Skin Dissapears

Hey everyone looking at this. I have recently experienced some issues with the Ruin skin.

First when i got it it was normal but yesterday when i went and logged on it said i had not completed the challenges and did not have the skin or any of its stuff in my locker.

If you have experienced this vote it up so it can get Epic's attention.
