[2022] Swapping items while also activating a Rift-To-Go may accidentally use the item.

Description We’re investigating an issue where swapping items too soon while also activating a Rift-To-Go may result in the Rift-To-Go generating no Rift but still being consumed.

Workaround: Allow the full activation timer to play out before swapping items.
