I don't know if you're going to see this but the DC support team isn't helping at all. I read comic #2 right after it came out around midnight Monday night (so it was Tuesday then). I've read it multiple times a day ever since. I've tried it in Google Chrome with adblocker turned off, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and even installed the DC Universe Android app and read it on there.
Still no code.
I signed up for the service nearly a month ago and even received the Harley Quinn code last time after my trial ended.
I submitted a support request to DC on Tuesday evening and then again on Thursday evening. They have not responded to either one beyond the automatic email from zendesk that they received my support request.
Additionally, it came out this week that they stopped issuing new codes for the Harley Quinn outfit. I am worried that they will stop issuing codes for the glider before I ever get mine.
Is there any chance Epic support can reach out to DC support? I am surely not the only person in this position.
