[2018] Final Update - Multiple Purchases On PS4 During Season 6 Launch

Hey all,

 

We wanted to come back around and give a final update for players that might have been affected by the PS4 Double Purchase issue that occurred around Season 6 Launch.

Once again, we apologize for the extended delay on resolving this issue; we will make this right with each affected player.

 

We’ve been working with Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) to identify all players affected by this and SIE will be reaching out to the affected players.

 

Once we have confirmed SIE has reached out, Epic will be granting additional V-Bucks to those affected to make up for our delay in action around this issue. No action is required on your end.
