This game has been out for quite a while, it's investing hugely in the esports scene yet the sound design in this game has to be some of the worst that I've ever experienced.

It's extremely difficult to tell when someone is above or below you even with material distinction (sounds different if someone is sprinting on grass VS wood vs metal, etc...)

You can barely hear anything until someone is very close to you.

It is almost impossible to tell where a glider is coming from seeing as the directional sound is almost non-existent.

These should not be issues present in a game that has had so much change implemented over it's lifetime, maybe something resembling the HRTF system in CSGO, something has to change.
