I managed to watch 15 minutes and claimed my fncs drop(screen) and I logged into fortnite and nothing was there, I re-linked my accounts and still nothing.Anyone else having the same problem?

They are working correctly. Try disconnecting your Twitch link to your Epic account and then reconnect to see if that helps (hopefully it does!)
