When reporting issues please include:

  • Description of the issue
  • Account Name (optional)
  • Device
  • Link to video or images
  • Include details on when this issue started happening
  • Any additional details, such as how to reproduce it.

Also, remember to report any issues in-game using the Feedback button.

How to use the in-game Feedback report system:

  • While in-game, open the Options menu
  • Navigate to the Feedback Button
  • Create a Bug report to provide us with logs of the issue

All the above issues have existed since the season began. They had been resolved in S4, so it is doable and should be fixed. I posted more details with a video here.

These issues have appeared/reappeared within the last few weeks:

  • Slow glider bug after using a launchpad sometimes.
  • Sound-effects (builds, enemy footsteps, shots, etc.) can’t be heard in Weeping Woods when fighting sometimes.

u/FreightTrainUSA, I’d really appreciate it if you could respond and confirm that these issues are being looked into and addressed. Please. The iOS bug flair seems pretty pointless when we don’t hear back from Epic as the other mobile platforms do.

There is no ability to provide a client update to iOS, so there is no way to fix these issues.
