Those who redeem all five codes associated with the Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War issues will immediately unlock the Iron Man Zero Outfit — plus the Repulsor Pack Back Bling, Bladed Gauntlet Pickaxe, and Iron Man, Revealed Emote. This Outfit, Back Bling, Pickaxe, and Emote will also be available for purchase in the Item Shop starting September 28 at 8 PM ET.

This blog post incorrectly included the Marvel Comics digital version of the Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War comics as a way to access certain Marvel-themed Fortnite cosmetic items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To clarify, you may only access these cosmetic items in the following two ways:
Codes are included with physical versions of the comics. Alternatively, starting September 28, 2022, paid Marvel Unlimited subscribers with a registered account who read all five issues on Marvel Unlimited (up until October 28, 2022) will receive an email with a code for all six cosmetic items.
If you have bought Fortnite x Marvel Zero War Issue #1 on Marvel Comics in error, please reach out to Marvel Customer Support and they’ll help provide next steps on getting these bonus cosmetics with proof of comic purchase.

The Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War issues will be available in print at comic stores and digitally via Marvel Unlimited. Each issue includes a code for a Fortnite cosmetic item redeemable at fortnite.com/redeem. The first issue releases on June 8, 2022, and includes a code for a Spider-Man-based Outfit!

How can I access the cosmetic items available with the Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War issues?
You can access the cosmetic items available with the Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War issues in the following ways:

Purchase an issue (first-print edition) of a Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War comic from your local comic store. The issue will contain one unique code for its associated Fortnite cosmetic item.

Marvel Unlimited: Paid subscribers with a registered account who read all five issues on Marvel Unlimited (up until October 28, 2022) will receive an email with a code for six cosmetic items — the five cosmetic items associated with the comic issues PLUS the additional Outfit mentioned above.

For cosmetic items that will also be available in the Fortnite Item Shop at a later date, you can purchase them directly from the Item Shop with V-Bucks.
If I redeem a code after I already purchased its associated item from the Fortnite Item Shop, will this return any V-Bucks to my account? Will I get any extra content?
Redeeming a code in this case will not return V-Bucks to your account and/or unlock any extra content.
How long will Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War issues be sold in comic stores?

In what regions will Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War issues be available?
Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War issues will launch day-and-date in Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, France, French Belgium, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, the United States, and Vatican City.
The issues will be available in other South American countries whose primary language is Spanish, but day-and-date releases in these countries are not guaranteed.
How do I redeem the Fortnite cosmetic item included with each Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War issue?

Visit fortnite.com/redeem.

Sign into your Epic Games account.

Verify that you are logged into the correct account. You’ll see your display name in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Enter the code into the “ENTER ACCESS CODE” text field.

Select “REDEEM."

Verify the item you are redeeming and select “ACTIVATE."

Launch Fortnite with the same Epic account.

Upon loading in, you will receive a gift box showing your unlocked item. You can select “EQUIP” or “CLAIM” to close. The item will then be available in your Locker.
Note: Codes from standard retail issues expire on December 31, 2023. Codes from the hardcover collection expire on December 31, 2024. Codes from digital issues (via Marvel Unlimited) expire after 90 days from when the codes were first accessed.
