[2022] Character Collection Reset now too, along with fish :(

Hey, so I know the fish collection is an ongoing issue and the team is working on it now. However, today I logged in and checked my collection to see if the fish were working, and to my dismay, I noticed that all my character collections have been reset as well. This is just horrible. We put in a lot of time to fill our collections and for this to happen is just frustrating to say the least! I was just talking with support and they said to post this here as they were not aware of this problem yet. So here it is! I really hope the devs can get to the bottom of this and get it sorted out for us.

I am playing on PC and XBOX, the problem persists on both platforms!!
