(I don't know if I should use the bug flair, question flair, or tech support flair. So please tell me which one works best if the one I have right now doesn't fit.)

Last month, my mom allowed me to subscribe to the Fortnite Crew. Yet when I thought it would automatically renew, it would just cancel the renewal outright. This morning, when we tried to rejoin, an error occurred saying I was already subscribed.

Is there anyone who had a similar issue? If so, what did you do to fix it?
