[2019] Epic has been spamming me these emails since I enabled it for one time. Also please allow us to disable parental controls while having this on, it keeps resetting my anonymous mode to "on"

There is some serious issue about Parental Controls tho. If you turn on and off (the website said it's off), you still can't access some settings like anonymous mode and voice chat.
