[2021] Tarana's and Raz's Spire Quests cannot be completed.

Description

We’re investigating an issue where players are unable to retry Raz’s and Tarana’s Spire Quests and cannot progress, preventing completion of the quest chain to ‘Find Tarana’, ‘Search artifacts’, or ‘Don the Disguise and strike three resonate crystals.’
