So a while back in November 2021, there was a Twitch Drop that contained the Grand Royale loading screen, but at the time there were issues with users claiming this item.

If you had claimed the loading screen drop before Sunday, then you never received the correct one and Epic never granted it to the correct people. Multiple people Ive talked to also claim that they never received it.
I was told my Epic support that there was no way to grant this item as it is an older season item, and that I should report the bug here, so here I am. Hopefully something can be done about this.
