[2020] Drive a boat from The Fortilla to The Authority in less than 4 minutes

Please put a boat in The Fortilla so this challenge can be completed, as there does not seem to be a boat there, or anywhere on the map in fact. Is this a bug, or have boats been removed for a reason? They are in all other game modes apart from Fortnitemares and Team Rumble.
