[2021] Need help with a glitch

So ive been wanting to play fortnite recently but some weird glitch has happened, every time i try to load into fortnite on xbox i get stuck on checking for updates, and then i get stuck on checking epic services queue retrying 1... and then im back to the yellow press a to start button and the process repeats ive tryed uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my xbox, checking updates which there were none i cant think of anything else ive done, and ive been able to load in a couple times by accepting an invite from a friend but its not always reliable and has worked 3 times so far can someone help??
