[2023] Foundation's Mantle, Combat Style Broken

The "Foundation's Mantle (Combat)" edit style has been broken/bugged since at least the start of Chapter 4. Any time you try to equip it, it always equips the default style instead.

Even locker presets that had the "Combat" style for the backbling saved now only use the default style.

Selecting the default style also results in the default style being used. I know that sounds obvious, but I thought maybe the styles got switched somehow. They did not. There is currently no possible way to use the "Combat" style.
