Sending this over to our QA team for investigation. If you run into this again /u/Nitehook_YT , please Submit Feedback using the in-game menu option and let me know. Thanks!

Hey u/EmptyTux! In game system is broken but there’s a couple of bugs with the chug splash:

Can’t use in a big bush

Can’t use on a build that’s underwater (ie. throwing it on a stair or wall that’s partially underwater will not work)

Not sure what caused it in the post above though, would like to see the in-game feedback option functional again. Thanks for the comms :)

Thanks for the added clarity!

We're tracking Chug Splashes in Bushes here on our Trello page.

When you say the in-game feedback option is broken, are you unable to send any options when navigating to 'Reporting/Feedback' > 'Report A Bug' and there are a number of categories there? Or is it that the feedback you're trying to provide isn't on that list of topics?

Hi u/EmptyTux! I hope I can elaborate on this issue.

It’s pretty hard to accurately report feedback using the current in-game bug report tool. The options are very limited and often do not cover the specific issue in question, especially since there’s no way to write a report and give detailed explanation anymore.

It almost makes me less interested in reporting a bug in the first place because I have little faith that developers will be able to accurately know which bug I am reporting. If, for example, I want to report the bug where you strafe left randomly while skydiving, I don’t feel like I can count on the “movement bug” option to accurately reflect the issue.

Even when you press “report feedback” instead of selecting a bug, it just says “thanks for your report” without even letting you give the feedback.

Hope this helps provide some background!

Reporting feedback gives us valuable log data about your session, even if the option to select exactly what is going on isn't present. Submitting a day later or something like that won't be helpful - in the same game session is what we'd ask for.

For issues like this and others, we ask that when you experience it to tag us and let us know "hey I'm jrushFN and I submitted feedback on this issue when I saw it here's my video clip" if you're able so we can dig into what may be happening to cause the bug.

To summarize, video clips and images posted on reddit are super helpful but following that up with submitted feedback can be that extra bit of assistance when issues are not immediately obvious.
