Hi! Sorry for reaching back to you so late! I play on the 6th Generation iPad at the moment. I have restarted the app multiple times but it has not solved the issue. I have tried different internet connections to see if that was the case but no luck.
Was this fixed after the new patch update? I will send your information over to the QA team to investigate.
No, it hasn’t. The app has now started to crash when I get to the loading screen now. Thank you for looking into this.
This is currently being investigated by the team. Can you DM me your in-game username so we can investigate the crashing as well.
