[2021] So many players didn’t receive their sleigh ride spray despite reaching the required 5 points. It’s been over a month and epic has yet to even acknowledge the issue and their customer support is as unhelpful as ever, this is unacceptable

This probably isn’t the place to say this, but I’m in a somewhat similar boat. I participated in all 4 marvel knockout tournaments yet still haven’t received my nexus war glider. It’s not like it’s the end of the world if I can’t get it, but I did what was required to get it and haven’t gotten it yet.
