Hey, r/FortNiteBR!

We’re posting to remind everyone that Creators who joined the Support-A-Creator program before November 30, 2020, have until April 26, 2021, to migrate to Support-A-Program 2.0.

Creators must complete the migration by this date in order to remain in the program. Creators who do not complete the migration by this date will be exited from the program with the option to receive a payout of any remaining balance.

How to migrate to Support-A-Creator 2.0? Just follow the steps in this video or in this guide below!

  • Sign in to the Support-A-Creator portal, where you will be prompted to begin the process.
  • Authenticate your social channels with a minimum of 1,000 followers for automated verification.
    • Existing Fortnite Creative Builders in Support-A-Creator 1.0 with fewer than 1,000 social followers should complete this form before migrating through the Support-A-Creator portal. These applicants will be manually reviewed.
  • Accept the new Creator Agreement.

If your Support-A-Creator 1.0 payee information is currently incomplete, you will be prompted to complete your payee information. If you do not complete this information within 60 days after accepting the new Creator Agreement, you will be exited from the program.

Creators who do not complete the migration are able to re-enter the Support-A-Creator program but under a different Epic account. Anyone who joined Support-A-Creator on or after November 30, 2020, is already in Support-A-Creator 2.0 and therefore doesn’t need to take any action. For more information on Support-A-Creator 2.0 migration, check out our January blog post with an FAQ covering payments, Hyperwallet verification, and more.

Thanks for reading, and thanks for being part of the Epic community! :)

How do I join S-A-C 2.0 as a new member with no past S-A-C Code?

Hi, u/hotdogonthebbq. Anyone who signs up for Support-A-Creator at the present time is signing up for Support-A-Creator 2.0!

That's good news but what are the new criteria to receive a S-A-C Code and is there a waiting period before I am officially recognized by the program?

Regarding new criteria:

The age for program eligibility is now 13 years old in all eligible countries except South Korea, which remains 14 years old.

The program is now open to Creators in Belarus, Central African Republic, Congo (DRC), Liberia, Libya, South Sudan, and Yemen.

After successfully applying through the portal, you will instantly receive a Support-A-Creator Code. Upon receiving your code, you will have 60 days to complete the payment setup process.

WOW, Thank you! Are there any criteria I have to meet to keep my S-A-C Code active like having so many subscribers on social media or gaining a minimum amount of money over a period of time or is it good for life even if its slow going at first?

To receive a Creator Code, Creators (with the exception of Epic-approved Creative Builders) must have 1,000 followers or more on at least one of the following eligible social platforms: YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or VK. Creators must maintain 1,000 followers or more on at least one of these platforms to remain in Support-A-Creator.

In order to receive payment in Support-A-Creator, you must complete the required Tax Interview and set up a Hyperwallet account. No compensation is earned or credited to you under this program unless you earn $100 USD or more within a 12-consecutive month period. Creators who do not meet the $100 USD compensation threshold within a period of 12 consecutive months will be exited from the program.

This information comes from our Support-A-Creator Overview page, which you can visit here. We also have a support page with Support-A-Creator info!

Can someone re-apply after being exited from the S-A-C Code Program do to coming up short on the subscriber count or the compensation threshold to try again or are they booted for the long run? Also what if someone gets only as far as 998 Subscribers or $99.99 in compensation, will it be rounded off and counted as close enough or does it have to meet the threshold exactly? Also if I understand correctly I don't have to meet any threshold if I am an Epic-approved Creative Builder with a published Creative Game?

  1. Creators who are exited are able to re-apply but under a different Epic account.
  2. While there is no rounding off, we do give warnings if we spot an issue with follower count.
  3. Creative Builders need an eligible social account but do not need to meet a follower threshold.
