Anyone else having sudden brightness quality drop issues after the update? (PS5)

Everyone I go inside a building or vault, or sometimes when I hide in the bush, the brightness suddenly goes very dark and for few seconds its impossible to see barely a thing, which is really annoying and game destroying during the late game.

I tried to reinstall the game several times, bud the issue still occurs.
