I contacted them several weeks ago Because ive been banned for 2-3 months now. I didn't get any response until i sent a second message weeks later, and all they told me was "You've been permanently banned, and bans are only issued when rightfully so, therefore they will not be overturned". I explained that I have a little brother that plays when I'm not home, so I came to the conclusion that he went looking for cheats. (He admitted when i asked.) I sent another email last night with identical information, only to receive the same answer from the same person. Seriously? I'm PERMANENTLY banned for a first-time offense?
