I have a very capable pc and ever since 9.10 the game will have severe frame stutter every 3-4 seconds it will go from 160 to 40 fps that literally make the game unplayable. I am not sure if this is just me or if this is happening to anyone else?

We pushed a PC client patch to resolve hitching issues. We've seen a dramatic decrease in players experiencing hitches or freezing after the patch.
