Thanks for the report, has this happened for other updates as well or just this one?
This is such a shame. This post is about the server downtime screen that everyone gets on update night, not a bug. Yet legitimate bug report posts get no Epic reply or acknowledgment. This is appalling.
I acknowledge everything i can and mistakes happen. When seeing a title and hearing that someone is having an update issue i am going to look into it, there was someone else whos button wasn't working for example. I get a lot of messaging and sometimes have multiple tabs of reddit open. This was simply a mistake on my part to reply to earlier in the day when the patch was going out.
