This isn't related to water but instead The Authority. Supply Drops at The Authority may at times not open after players search them, which is an issue we're investigating.
As a workaround, you can still open these Supply Drops by shooting the attached balloon.
thank you for providing a way to get passed this, you didn't have to but it helps a lot. Also is the chug jug glitch fixed I didn't know what to do and lost a game because I couldn't pick it up
