There are multiple places on the map where this happens, also locations where your walls/ramps get placed up in the air, allowing rockets to hit you from underneath. Edit: When I say "placed in the air" they are being placed above ground, without being attached to another adjacent structure.

If you can point out other specific areas where this happens, that would be helpful! It'll take some time, but we'll add them to the list.

However, extended areas of flat ground should absolutely line up better with the building grid. When you place a wall, it needs to be at least chest high, not ankle high.
