[2023] Minor UI bugs: Kill feed borders broken since v22.10. Reticle Ammo Indicator's position is affected by your HUD scale. Control prompts are wildly inwards towards the screen. Looks really weird on lower HUD scales.

Bugs are all typically triaged and done based on a gameplay impact/priority. I can double check here and make sure our folks know about this UI issue but beyond that I cant make any promises on when it will get resolved.
