[2019] Sniper Rifle shots may not always register.

Description Sniper Rifle shots may not always register damage when landing the shot on an opponent.

UPDATE: We released a hotfix to address this issue and plan to further address it in an upcoming release/hotfix.

UPDATE 2: Upon further investigation, we’ve determined that this issue is caused by https://trello.com/c/nghkC8Qg/1104-increase-in-sniper-rifle-projectile-discrepancies
