So anyone else is experiencing the same frame rate drops as me? Or it's just me? I think the game view distance setting has a problem and it's rendering a lot more than it should Can someone from epic reply so at least I know they are aware of the problem cause the game is not even playable like this And I could get 50 to 60 before the update no problem but now with the new update, The game runs at 20fps.

Been playing since preseason 1 and even after the 8.4 update was supposed to fix the bad fps drops its still happening with me and the game is almost unplayable

We're aware players are still experiencing performance issues. We're currently investigating
Today there was the v8.40 update and I still find the same problem. I have an ATI Radeon 5800 Series and an Intel Xeon, they are not the best components for playing Fortnite, but with additional command line arguments in Fortnite's Epic Games launcher, quality degradation in my Windows 8.1, energy savings and more I was able to reach 100 FPS.
Now, after the v8.30 update and the v8.40 update I still have these FPS drops. Solve Thanks.
We're aware that the 8.40 update did not resolve all of the performance issues players were reporting in 8.30. We're continuing to investigate the issue. Additionally the command line we included in our patch notes has not been effective in improving performance in 8.40
