Default Brake/Reverse bindings swapped with Accelerate bindings on controllers.

Pressing the default L2 or LT Brake/Reverse controller buttons may prompt the vehicle to accelerate instead.

Temporary Workaround: Players can use analog sticks to reverse their vehicle.
