My 7 year old son is on PS4 and can't see the shorts. The big screen is surrounded by people watching but blank for him and the stream won't display in the corner either. Both are working fine on my Xbox One. Anybody able to help?

External link →If the Big Screen still appears blank after leaving and rejoining you may want to check if he has Licensed Audio set to Mute in the Audio settings. If that content creator setting is set to Mute instead of Play it may interfere with the show.
