[2021] Playstation crew pack subscription renewal error

I'm on playstation 4 and I'm trying to buy the crew pack subscription but I keep getting an error message "(E-8210604A)" I really want to be able to get the crew pack before the 6th so I can get the cosmetic rewards for attending the rift tour event.

Hey u/Sheybabez99 I believe this error is due to something with your Playstation account. Try logging out and back in to the PSN account and/or restarting the console. If that doesn't work I would suggest reaching out to their support team.
