13.40 matchmaking broken after the 28.10 update (even after the matchmaking issues were fixed on the main build)

I've seen threads here where Epic employees sometimes respond to posts and I don't know where else to share it where it can potentially be read so I'll share it here. The 13.40 version was affected by the matchmaking issues today but even more severely, it is impossible for any real people to get into the game (unlike the issue on the main build where it only allowed a few real people to get in instead of none) , once they matchmake and start loading into the game, they get kicked during the loading screen. Because of this, it's impossible to play on 13.40, the fixes to the main build matchmaking a few hours after the update didn't resolve this issue, it is still occurring. (I've labelled this thread as ANDROID BUG because it affects the Google Play version of Fortnite Mobile too & there's no iOS bug flair + I feel like it'll increase the chance of an Epic employee reading it)

EDIT: It occurs on all versions of 13.40; Mac, iOS & Android.
